Delivery to doors in Ukraine is carried out within 2-3 working days from the moment of receipt of the order upon prior agreement with the buyer.
- Courier delivery schedule in Ukraine: Monday-Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Delivery in Ukraine is FREE (when buying a watch).
- Free delivery in Ukraine is carried out regardless of the price of the watch. The goods are delivered to the “Nova Poshta” branch of your choice in your city.
- Address delivery to doors in Ukraine is carried out by the courier “Nova Poshta”. In this case, the Buyer pays for the delivery according to the tariffs of the “Nova Poshta” service.
When ordering only the strap for the watch, delivery to the specified address is paid by the Buyer at the rates of the “Nova Poshta” service.
Return of goods in Ukraine
This right of the buyer to return the watch is defined in the appropriate legal acts. However, the return of such products will be possible only if certain conditions are met:
Purchase of goods of appropriate quality: According to Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the consumer has the right within 14 days, not including the day of purchase, to replace the product of appropriate quality with a similar one, if the product does not fit in shape, dimensions, size, color or cannot be used for its intended purpose. But on the condition that the product has not been used, and its appearance, consumer properties, factory packaging, and documents have been preserved. If, at the time of exchange, a similar product is not available for sale, the consumer has the right to either purchase any other product, or receive money back in the amount of the value of the returned product, or exchange the product for a similar product at the first arrival of the corresponding product for sale.
Purchase of goods of inappropriate quality: According to Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, in the event of significant defects arising from the fault of the product manufacturer, during the warranty period, the consumer has the right to replace the product or return money. A significant drawback, according to clause 12 of Art. 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, a defect that makes it impossible or inadmissible to use the product in accordance with its intended purpose is considered to have arisen through the fault of the manufacturer (seller, performer), after its elimination, it appears again for reasons independent of the consumer, and at the same time, the at least one of the following signs:
- it cannot be removed at all;
- its elimination requires more than fourteen calendar days or repair is not possible in another period agreed upon by the parties;
- he makes the goods significantly different from what is provided for in the contract.
If it is necessary to check the quality of the product, an examination can be carried out by the authorized Service Center of the manufacturer, during which the fact of violation of the warranty terms of product operation by the consumer is established. The consumer’s request for replacement of the product is subject to immediate satisfaction if it is available, and in case of its absence – within two months from the moment of submission of the application. If it is impossible to satisfy the demand within the set period, then the consumer has the right to demand the replacement of the defective product with another product of another brand (model) of the appropriate quality with a corresponding recalculation of the price or a refund. When replacing a product with defects with a product of a similar brand (model) of proper quality, the price of which has changed, the cost is not recalculated. In the case of replacing the product with another brand (model) of the same quality, the recalculation of the cost of the defective product in the event of a price increase is based on its value at the time of exchange, and in the case of a price decrease – based on the value at the time of purchase.
When returning money for goods of appropriate quality, settlements with the consumer are made based on the value of the product at the time of its purchase. The money is returned on the day the claim is made, and in the case of the impossibility of returning the money – no later than within seven days.
The consumer’s requirements are considered only after presentation of the sales receipt confirming the purchase, a complete set of goods, factory packaging, a passport with a warranty card.
Product replacement or refund is possible only if all conditions and procedures are followed.

Return Requirements
Any item that you would like to return or exchange must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. You can return the goods in any office of DPD company (DPD Pickup Store) in Poland and European Union countries.
The goods for returning must be in their original conditions, unused and in the original boxes. The goods for returning should have no scratches, dirt, stains on the case/glass as well as any other damages of the strap.
Non-Returnable Items
All items “On Sale” and clearance items, Gift Cards. All non-returnable items are final sale and by no means can be returned or exchanged.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
We do not take responsibility for any returned packages with a failed delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or package refusal.
